Refund & Return Policy

As per our policy, no refund after payment has been made
No Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will be accepted
In case of receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Green Aura will review each case individually and provide a resolution at its discretion
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances
Gift baskets and promotional bundles are non-refundable
